With its original brickwork, mint-green walls, terrazzo tiles and curved ply ceiling, Wide Open Road’s aesthetic stays true to the era of its edifice. The cafe’s nineteen-fifties visage and minimalistic layout (by local designer-builders Provan Built) has a European sensibility.
