Taste Notes: Unusual and complex, with a soft and creamy mouthfeel. Notes of ripe raspberry jam, black tea and nougat.

Blurb: This coffee is a fine example of the distinctive and unique nature of coffee produced in the Sidamo-Guji region. This lot is classified as a grade 1, indicating that only the best coffee cherries from the Mill have been selected and processed.  They are graded by weight after being pulped and again graded by density in washing channels; heavier beans are superior quality and deliver a sweeter cup.
