Santa Isabel Estate is located in the Veracruz region of Coban. An area with remarkable mountains, a cool climate with plenty of rainfall as well as dense rainforest which encourage biodiversity, providing a sanctuary for birds and wildlife.

The farm is run by Luis Valdés and his family with a reputation for being demanding in selective picking, they also pay workers a fair wage and have stable relationships with them. Their careful attention to detail during harvest and processing is evident in their consistently amazing crop, earning them two placements in the Guatemalan Cup of Excellence (2011, 2012).
