On the same day it is picked, the coffee is put into bags and transported to the processing center located on the farm itself. Next, the coffee is washed, and during this process the beans are separated. Next it is dried on cement patios and can, if necessary, go to a dryer for a final drying phase in which it reaches the ideal moisture level. After drying, the coffee is placed in wooden granaries to rest for a period of at least 30 days.
