The grandson of a renowned coffee producer, Paulo graduated with a degree in electronic engineering and worked in the field of information technology before marrying into another coffee producing family.
Today, Paulo spends his time operating the families Ouro Verde farm, where his engineering background has helped him optimise the farm’s production processes, whilst maintaining a focus on quality.
This approach has resulted in an impressive 90% of the farms coffee qualifying as ‘specialty grade’. We believe this coffee is an exciting example of the new wave of Brazilian specialty coffee.
