This is our first Supersonic coffee on the bar—and it’s not what we expected.
Where this process is usually big and wild, this one holds back just enough. Apricot jam leads the cup with soft sweetness, giving way to smooth milk chocolate and a light floral lift—think lychee, but subtle.
What caught our attention was the clarity. It’s a lively cup, yes, but there’s balance too. Clean, expressive, and a little bit unexpected. A standout filter, and surprisingly refined through espresso.
