When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 9am are despatched the same business day, orders placed after 9am are despatched the following business day.

Delivery times may vary: Express shipping within Australia generally arrives within 2-3 business days, while standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
International orders may require 7-10 business days for delivery. It's important to note that occasional delays might arise due to courier constraints or a surge in orders.

Has my order been shipped?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a separate email containing a tracking link. This link will allow you to monitor your order's progress from our roastery to your doorstep.

I've made a mistake, can I edit my order?

If you’ve made an error in your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at info@wideopenroadcoffee.com.au. Be sure to include your order number and the correct details. If your order hasn’t yet been picked up by our couriers, we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link for updates. Sometimes delays can occur with the courier.

How does the coffee subscription work?

Our subscriptions are super simple — just choose your coffee, how much you want, and how often you'd like it delivered. We’ll roast fresh and ship it straight to your door, right on schedule. You'll never have to worry about running out of coffee again, and all subscription orders come with free shipping. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

How do I update my subscription?

You can update the coffee subscription by logging in through the customer portal.
You can also update your subscription by contacting us via info@wideopenroadcoffee.com.au.

If I sign up for a subscription, am I locked in?

Not at all!
Our subscriptions are completely flexible — there are no lock-in contracts. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime with just a few clicks.
