FAQ

Shipping, discounts & reviews

How free shipping, discount codes, coffee subscriptions and our review thank-you all work is explained here: Shipping & discounts.

Do free shipping and a discount code stack?

No — at checkout you get one or the other. On a $60–$100 order, free shipping is usually worth more than 10% off. See Shipping & discounts.

What do coffee subscribers get?

10% off and free shipping on every delivery. Change, skip, or cancel anytime.

Do I get anything for leaving a review?

Yes — we tuck a 100g thank-you roast into your next coffee order (no checkout code). Details on Shipping & discounts.
