Why Sugar Cane Process?
The sugar cane method, celebrated in Colombia, involves a careful decaffeination process that uses water, steam, and natural ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane. This allows for caffeine removal without harsh chemicals, maintaining the bean’s natural structure and flavor integrity.
