Brunch culture is in our blood, and so we’re very excited to be expanding our menu this winter. We’ve introduced a range of hearty dishes to warm you up as the weather cools down, as well as a new series of classic cocktails like bloody marys, mimosas and negronis. We like to mix things up when it comes to brunching, so you can expect an offering filled with inspired dishes that stay interesting well into the afternoon! We can’t wait for you to come visit and try them for yourself.
A FOCUS ON SUSTAINABILITY + LOCALLY SOURCED
We pride ourselves on shortening the supply chain, so that we can ensure the most local, sustainably sourced menu possible. That’s why we’re working with local producers like Burd for free range eggs, and sourcing Goulburn river trout to bring fish back onto the menu. There’s also appealing new dishes like a miso broth that’s filled with health benefits and porridge made with our very own chai.
NEW DRINKS MENU
We’re very excited to introduce a new drinks menu with cocktails like Bloody Marys and mimosas making an appearance. Local wines from Jamsheed and Konpira Maru are also on the menu, and we’ve paired with local brewery Molly Rose to offer locally made beers too!
THE CLASSICS
Don’t fear, we’ve kept your most loved classics on the menu! You’ll find familiar favourites like the buttermilk pancake stack and sweet potato, kale and garam masala fritters of course. The halloumi toastie is still available to order, and so is our iconic bacon sanga. Mix it up and try something new or stick to your old faithful, we don’t mind either way!
